Store Policies

Returns and Exchanges:
You may return your product in its original box including all warranty cards and certificates for a store credit within 30 days, with a receipt, provided the item is in its original new condition. There is a 30 day exchange policy.

Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Special Orders are defined as any non-inventory purchase or any stock item custom made or altered at the client’s request (i.e. sizing, engraving).

Layaway
Layaway accounts are set up with an initial 30% deposit. The maximum layaway term is 3 months and monthly payments are required. If payments are not maintained, the layaway will be canceled and item(s) will be returned to stock. A store credit will be issued to the particular client.

Jewelry and Watch Repairs
Repairs are warranted for one year of delivery unless otherwise designated. Problems resulting from inherent flaw, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. When installing a new battery, Gerald Peters cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s water resistance of any watch without performing our pressurized water test service.

Service and Cleaning
Gerald Peters offers lifetime free jewelry cleaning and inspection. We recommend getting your jewelry inspected every 6 months.
