Each diamond is screened by at least three people before reaching our customers: the diamond buyer, Gerald Peters’ owner, and finally the sales associate presenting it. Each and every diamond is chosen purely based on beauty. Our diamond buyers make sure each exquisite diamond is:

2. In-Store Experience
Let Our Diamond Experts Teach You Diamonds 101
Choosing an engagement ring is one of the most exciting times in a person’s life. However, it can be very nerve-racking. Let our experts at Gerald Peters alleviate your stress by doing all the work for you. Your diamond consultation entails a one-on-one conversation with one of our GIA-trained sales associates, who will educate you on the basics of diamonds and diamond purchasing, as well as help you to understand the concepts of color, clarity, cut, and carat. Once we have developed an understanding of your diamond preferences, we will schedule a follow up consultation.
Our top selections are then given to your consultant, who narrows down the selection to the best three diamonds. The owner of Gerald Peters then verifies the quality of the final selection, guaranteeing that the diamonds are perfect for your choosing.
During your second consultation, you are presented with the final hand-selected diamonds. We understand just how monumental and important this diamond purchase is, and our goal is to create a memorable and stress-free experience. Our main priority is to provide you with the perfect diamond for the perfect person.
3. Upgrade Policy
As your marriage grows, let us grow with you! We offer a wonderful trade-up policy for all customers in which you can upgrade your diamond to honor any momentous occasion. Special anniversary? We will give you a credit of 100% of the original purchase price of your diamond in exchange for a newer one of at least one (1) dollar greater in price. All you have to do is pay the difference to set a brand new diamond commemorating the new milestone you’ve reached with your loved one!
